Absentee Owners of Real Estate
 

An owner of real property, not living in his property, but located elsewhere in the US , can now be identified and classified as an Absentee Owner.

The property in question can be selected by many variables.

Location: within any geographical entity in the US. E.g. Zip code, county, state and in some instances identifiable neighborhoods.

Type: The property could be a single family home, duplex,. triplex, fourplex , or any number of units.

Age: of the property determined by the year it was built.

Property size: the square footage of the home or lot size.

Market value of the property, as well as the first loan date, and amount. The loan lender name and type of loan and purchase amount is available. Second and third loans on the property are identifiable.

Physical characteristics of the property such as , presence of fireplace, garage, swimming pool , number of bedrooms, HVAC systems can be shown.


The real estate ABSENTEE OWNER of the selected property can be found in any area of the country you chose. You can omit or select any area. Some times, absentee owners living in the same zip, county, or even state with the property are omitted.

These absentee owners can be selected by their available home equity in the property, their age, gender, length of ownership of the property, ethnic country or language code, and other variables.

The real estate ABSENTEE OWNER database is an important resource for real property investors,, real estate agents, home remodelers, landscapers, interior designers etc.

Now we can find elderly, possibly retired, absentee owners residing in another area of the country that do not want to, or cannot take care of their rental property. With the fluctuation of interest rates, it becomes profitable for the real estate investor, to buy up mortgages that were placed on the property, or purchase the property for the potential value of the lot.
